Attend the Weekly Guild Activities Very important! This strengthens the bond of our brothers and sisters. Sunday morning is our weekly guild meeting at 11:00am PST at the Swarm Mansion (Lot #1714). At this time promotions are made, guild matters discussed and donations given to both new comers and guild. If you are on line at this time, you are expected to be there. Every Monday Night is Fight Night at 7:00pm PST. We all meet in upland to form groups and strategies. Officers will lead the groups, and it is important that their instructions are followed closely. FIGHT NIGHT's purpose is not for the collection of realm points (which is a nice side benefit), but rather it is for the unity of the SWARM!
In guild chat, VANGUARDS and higher are to be addressed by their appropriate prefix. This can be an abbreviation, or the full rank title: Vanguard = VG, Warlord = WL, Royal Guard = RG, Hive Commander = HC, Overlord = OL, and Emperor = Emp. It is important that as a guild we respect guild chat. Trash talking, spamming and abusive language will not be tolerated. We do not want new members to think we are a low class guild with no respect. This is not the impression we want to give to any of our members. Having fun and joking is encouraged. Use good taste, remember to respect your brothers and sisters. Do not, however go to the other extreme and call everyone for saying hell or damn. Balance is very important in this situation, if you have any questions about guild policy, ask an officer before addressing a fellow guildie.
Power Leveling It is dishonorable to the SWARM to beg for POWER LEVELING, or anything for that matter. Take responsibility for your character, and put in the time like we all have done. Of course if the warlord is on, you may ask that individual for help at ANY time. But ONLY the WARLORD! If someone disrupts you, trying to talk you into PLing them, and will not accept no for an answer, it is your duty to report them to an officer. The offender will be warned, and removed from the guild if this conduct continues.
Spill the Blood of Enemies We can not be content while enemy realms walk among the living. Our guild must be strong in Realm warfare. Our emblem is to be feared by those who oppose us. Attend guild raids and fight to the death! You will bring great glory to our campaigns. The SWARM is to bring honor to the entire Realm of Midgard!
Salute the Swarm! A /salute is the minimum requirement for greeting a swarm member. /bow is used for a higher level of honor, which is due for ANY Swarm member ranking higher than yourself. It is YOUR responsibility to make yourself familiar with the Swarm HIVE. Anyone that is an officer, has put in their time in as Warlord. All of the higher ranks have earned their positions and deserve respect. This will be especially enforced on all guild prospects (Hive Slaves). Do not expect to advance if you disregard this law. Follow the chain of command, and know the responsibilities of your rank (Rank Info). If Emperor Hell makes a request, it is to be followed. If the Emperor is absent, the next highest Royalty (Overlord Hideous) will be in charge of the Swarm. If none of the Royalty are present, the highest Level Hive Commander will be responsible. If there are no H.C.s on, the highest ranking Royal Guard will be in charge.
ALWAYS Support the Swarm! When you enter a city zone, shout "Hail the Swarm" bring honor to our name. Let any of our brethren be aware of your presence while enemies tremble in the shadows. If you have extra items that you are not using, please look to someone in our guild to pass them on to. You can do this anytime, or wait until our guild meeting to find the person best suited for the item. If possible group with ANY swarm members in your area. If you are of higher level, and have extra time, volunteering your help to our people is encouraged (if you are Warlord, it is expected). By doing this, you strengthen THE SWARM, and hence, THE SWARM shall strengthen you!
Exiting of the Swarm If you choose to leave the guild, we appreciate a notification so we can update our records. Please be certain of your decision in such a matter. The Swarm does not have an open door policy. If you decide you made a mistake after leaving our guild, and want back in, your return will need to be voted upon by the royalty. Our purpose is simple… We intend to spread across the vast frontier lands, taking over all the enemy keeps. We will redistribute their relic power among our realm, and grow stronger in the process. The forces of our adversaries will diminish as we penetrate the heart of their lands. Our name and emblem will inspire fear in the souls of the weak. Our guild is a strong militia, comprised of highly trained specialists. We pride our guild in our fighting ability. We have weekly meeting where we work on formations and direction. Respect to ranks are strictly enforced at this time. It is our feeling that our superior discipline and schooling give us the extra edge in RvR. With this in mind we intend to recruit, only the best, from other guilds, as well as individuals who are not yet bound with anyone. Quality is always over quantity.
